Our 5 year guarantee and reputation are both the strongest in the
industry. Our main goal at Korchmar is to make you comfortable about
your purchase, so relax because for 5 years following the date of
purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace your item without charge with a
similar item (at our option) if it is factory defective in either
material or workmanship.

We will return it within six to eight weeks. (All warranty
claims must be processed directly through Korchmar, rather than the
store where your piece was purchased.)
***Important Note: This guarantee does not cover
accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear;
specifically excludes claims for any item other than the piece itself.
Any common carrier (plane, train, ship, and bus) is solely responsible
for damage to your business case incurred while in its possession.
(KORCHMAR does not recommend ever checking business cases as luggage.)
Examine your business case immediately after each trip. If it is
damaged, submit a claim before leaving the terminal. (KORCHMAR will make
every effort to repair damages due to misuse or accident at a moderate
charge.) This guarantee does not cover scars, wrinkles, or minor
scratches that are natural to all leathers.

If your Korchmar Ultra Light Nylon
bag is ever broken or damaged, even if it was caused by an airline, we
will repair, or replace it, free of charge – Simple as that. NO
NONSENSE!
Here’s how the Korchmar
Ultra Light Nylon warranty works:
Simply send or bring your bag to our Authorized Repair Center in Naples,
Florida. No repair number is needed. Please note that you are
responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to
or from our authorized repair center.
Our “No Nonsense” guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Korchmar
Ultra Light Nylon bag for life.
- Korchmar’s Ultra Light Nylon
“no nonsense” guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear and tear or
cleaning. We are also not able to cover the replacement of lost or
stolen products and/or their contents. If your bag or its contents are
damaged by an airline we recommend that you hold them responsible by
filing a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If the
carrier refuses to take care of your damage Korchmar will repair or
replace your product with the same or similar product at no charge.
- Note: Some bags are beyond repair and in such cases Korchmar
will replace the bag with the closest similar article in functional
condition.
