Please read these Official Rules before entering the LegalStore.com “MVP” Award (the “Award”). By submitting an entry, you agree that you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge and represent that you satisfy all Award eligibility requirements as set forth herein.

Award Sponsor. LegalStore.com, (“we” or “us”), 350 South Grand Avenue, Suite 2250, Los Angeles, CA 90071.

Award Eligibility. If you are an individual, legal resident of the 50 (fifty) United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 (eighteen)years of age or older at the time of your entry, you are eligible to enter the Award. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, guardians, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Award.

Method of Entry. You may enter the MVP Award beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. (PST) on [Monday], March 11th, 2013 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (PST) on [Tuesday], December 31st, 2013 (the “Award Period”). In order to enter the Award, during the Award Period you must: Register at the www.LegalStore.com, click on the "MVP Award Tab and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Limit one entry per registered customer during the Award Period. You may not use more than one registered customer account to enter the Award, and entries submitted through multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Award Prize. We will award 9 Monthly Award prizes of a $250.00 Visa® Gift Card. We will award 1 Annual Award prize of a $1,000 Visa® Gift Card. The winner will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the Monthly Award Prize or Annual Award Prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the respective prize; and (b) required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to us in order to claim the respective prize.

Award Prize Drawing. The potential Monthly Prize winners will be determined by random selection to be held on or about the 5th day of each month. The potential Annual Prize winner will be determined by random selection of the Monthly Award Prize winners to be held on or about 1/15/14. We must receive eligible entries during the Award Period for those entries to be eligible for the drawing. We will notify the potential prize winner by e-mail within 3 (three) business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to sign an Eligibility Statement and Release. We will select an alternative potential prize winner if the potential prize winner does not sign and return the Statement of Eligibility and Release within 72 (seventy-two) hours of notification, or does not meet the Eligibility criteria set forth herein. The prizes will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We will award the prize to a minor’s parent or legal guardian if a minor, in any state where the age of majority is not 18 (eighteen), wins the prize. In that case, the parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation in the time frame noted above.

Odds of Winning Award. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Award.

Additional Terms. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change or amend these Official Rules or cancel the Award at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Award should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Award or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Award, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Award; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Award. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Award or website; (y) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (z) acting in an unfair or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or entity. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Award at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized email account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email addresses. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of a potential prize winner or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Miscellaneous. The Award is governed by the laws of the United States. The Award and all accompanying materials are © 2013 by LegalStore.com, and its affiliates. All rights reserved. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the prize winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that, by accepting the prize, we, along with our affiliates and agents, will have no liability, and will be defended, indemnified and held harmless by the prize winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Award, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. You agree that our decisions related to the Award and all drawings are final. The prize winner agrees that, by his or her participation in the Award, we may use the prize winner’s name, image or likeness in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Prize Winner's Listed. After we confirm the prize winner, we will post the Prize winner’s name at www.LegalStore.com/Awardprizewinners until January 30, 2014.

Other Award. Please note that we may be running similar Award at the same time as this Award. By entering this Award, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other Award unless you enter each Award separately.

Mailing List and Privacy Notice. By entering the Award, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional materials for LegalStore.com. You may update or change your Email Preferences at My Account. All information submitted in connection with the Award will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and our Privacy Policy.

NO IMPLIED ENDORSEMENT. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Visa®. The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as the prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.

Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
